Meet Maricela

Maricela O’Connell, East Bay Native, is our newest Real Estate Agent at ArtistreeRE. Maricela started her Real Estate career in 2002 as a Loan Processor/ Transaction coordinator and notary. She went on to get her Real Estate license in 2004. She has closed numerous deals over the years. During this time, she was doing both Sales and Loans. Maricela has experience in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be a first time buyer, someone trying to score on a distressed property or selling a property. Maricela brings her past loan officer experience, which gives her the ability to assist buyers with a plan to help prepare them for the home buying experience.

Maricela worked as a Police Dispatcher for many years at several different local police agencies. Maricela is professional, has high ethical standards, honest, committed, hardworking and will do everything in her power to ensure her client success. Maricela believes in providing great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, other agents.
