Meet Erik

Erik Milham was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, grew up in Las Vegas, and moved to Southern California in 1991. He currently lives in the Inland Empire and serves the real estate markets in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties. Erik has been licensed as a real estate salesperson by the Department of Real Estate (DRE) since 2001 and has ample working experience. His wife has worked as a DRE/Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry-registered loan officer since 2000. Together, they navigate the real estate industry with expertise and professionalism.

In addition to his work as a Realtor®, Erik has worked as an information technology executive for over 25 years. He has maintained executive leadership positions at Prime Healthcare, Crown Bolt, Home Depot, and HD Supply, where he has designed and implemented infrastructures and applications to support thousands of global users. He is highly regarded for his work and has received the InfoWorld Green 15 award, the InformationWeek 500 award, and the InfoWorld 100 award for IT leadership.

Erik’s niche is working with healthcare, technology, and education professionals, because he is keenly aware of their needs and unique circumstances. He values clear communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, integrity, and accountability. He is passionate about helping others and uses his professional expertise to alleviate client stress. Erik has seen and guided clients through various market trends over the past 20 years. He has strong problem-solving skills and can rise to any challenge.

Outside of his roles as Realtor® and healthcare IT executive, Erik is a Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilot for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and a Professional Association of Diving Instructors Development Course staff instructor for scuba diving. He and his wife have three adult children and three grandchildren.
